I’m delighted to announce a new addition to the ROD fitness team, Joshua O’Donoghue / @jod_health_fitness

Josh a highly driven and energetic personal trainer is taking fitness classes and one to one personal training. We have always shared the same passion for health, fitness and wellbeing and we want to motivate and support our clients in pursuit of living a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

We have accumulated many experiences throughout our sporting careers in terms of training routines, recovery protocols and the discipline that is necessary to achieve people’s individual goals for all experience levels.
